Do you have to be smart, great looking, or lucky to be successful? In his book Stupid, Ugly, Unlucky and RICH - Spike's Guide to Success, Richard St. John claims that these things don't always leed to success.
During the 10 years he spent interviewing over 500 successful people, from Martha Stewart to actor Russell Crowe, he did find the top eight factors that can make you successful. St. John also talked to Elli Davis who said that by just trying it, she found her real path to passion - real estate.
"I was a teacher, but I liked to read the real estate ads, and I used to look at open houses on weekends. I was afraid to try real estate, but if I'd never tried it, I would never have known how good I could be at it. You must try it. Just do it," that's Elli's advise.
