A landmark building in the Deer Park neighbourhood is being converted from a commercial office building to luxury condos. The Imperial Oil building at St. Clair Avenue West and Avenue Road will soon to be home to multi-million dollar suites, but is disclosing some very interesting secrets of its past during conversion. Lindsay Forsey of the National Post uncovers them in this feature.
