Sales were up in May!

By , June 1, 2009

A news release from TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) announced that "Greater Toronto Realtors reported 4,561 transactions in the first half of May - an increase of three percent compared to May 2008."

Average prices were only down by less than one-half of one percent (at $399,811) from last year.

Positive news is like a breath of fresh air, and even at the Elli Davis Team there has been a noticed upswing! Multiple offer situations have increased, the supply of available housing is healthy and Buyers can still make use of very low interest rates.
