Finally, after extensive research, we are in a position to publish a detailed historical and living guide to the exclusive neighbourhood of Chaplin Estates in Toronto. This guide should prove useful if you are living or intending to live in this neighbourhood. Nestled between the upscale neighbourhoods of Forest Hill, Davisville Village, Allenby and Deer Park, Chaplin Estates is a prestigious pocket within the Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood. Its southern boundary is Chaplin Crescent, which runs parallel to the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail, a scenic walking and biking trail.
