The Corner House

Of The Corner House's Desserts
Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year nestled at the foothills of Casa Loma, The Corner House has consistently been voted among the top ten restaurants in Toronto and has a Zagat rating of four stars.
Essentially a house converted into a fine-dining establishment, this perennial midtown favourite is the perfect spot for special occasions when splendid ambience is called for. Private rooms, party menus and prix fixe menus are on offer.
The Corner House has a reputation for French/Mediterranean inspired bistro cuisine with offerings such as lobster bisque, potato gnocchi and arctic char.

Vinny's Panini
Vinny's Panini is a casual, specialty sandwich shop and espresso bar featuring homemade hot Italian sandwiches and a selection of Italian coffees served at the espresso bar. The menu includes grilled chicken, veal, vegetarian, meatball and sausage sandwiches made fresh to order. With only a few tables, eating in is an option, though many prefer to take out the excellent sandwiches, all of which are served with homemade marinara sauce and spiced/topped to order.
Wash down the 'best panini in the city' with an authentic Italian soft drink such as San Pellegrino or Brio while enjoying the soccer game.

Located in the heart of St. Clair, this trendy neighbourhood spot features seasonal menus of fusion inspired foods from around the globe. Diners are encouraged to share half-plates of seafood appetizers and creative salads, full plates of such classics as duck breast and steak frites, and sides ranging from polenta to mixed tempura.
