According to a report of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce released today, Canadian economy will keep on growing in 2010. But even though the economic outlook has improved, economic growth is still in danger and the government has to continue stimulus measures, said the Chamber president, Perrin Beatty.
The report predicts economic growth of 2.6 percent next year and the unemployment rate is expected to be as high as 8.8 percent in early 2010. Inflation is predicted to stay low and the Consumer Price Index should increase by 1.6 percent in 2010 and 2.0 percent in 2011.
Canada is not the only country which should grow economically, though. Growth worldwide is expected after increases in global trade volume, consumer confidence index or share prices. As Perrin Beatty said "While important progress has been made, the outlook for global growth remains subject to considerable uncertainty."
True, true. It is great to see that the economy should increase, it’s a very good sign. However, Beatty doesn’t sound confident about the improvement at all, and that’s not likeable at all.
