Elli's Toronto Golf Guide has grown a little larger! This time, we are bringing you Brampton's public golf courses that are ready to entertain you and your family and friends.

Learn the specifics of each course and make sure to visit each in turn. They are easily accessible from Toronto and should thus be on the top of your list.

(Last time, we introduced to you the Golf Courses in Markham.)

Check out one of the following courses and give yourself and your family an unforgettable day:

Castlemore Golf & Country Club
Castlemore is a forgiving semiprivate course north of Brampton. Its 18 holes are well-suited for a beginner or an average-skilled player. Castlemore is, however, not as simple as the Executive Course at Bushwood Golf Club – it actually has a few water hazards and bunkers to mix up your play a little.

Parkshore Golf Club
Parkshore Golf Club operates the longest 9-hole course in Ontario. From the farthest tee boxes, this course plays 3623 yards, although players may choose from more sets of tees. Even as a 9-hole course, Parkshore contains six large ponds and 44 bunkers, which easily beats many full-length championship courses.

Peel Village Golf Course
Situated in a natural wildlife sanctuary, the Peel Village Course is an environmentally-friendly public 9-hole course with plenty of dog-legs and water hazards. The Course's signature hole is the par-5 hole 3 with a double dog-leg. Peel Village is also well priced and offers discounts for 18-hole play.

Riverstone Golf & Country Club
Riverstone is home to two semi-private golf courses: the Championship Course and the Executive Course.  Both Courses are 9-holes, but each caters to a different visitor. The Championship Course is par 35 and plays across the West Humbler River and two large ponds. It is the more challenging course and promises exciting play. The Executive course is shorter, playing at par 27. It is good for a friendly competition or if you are playing with your kids.

Streetsville Glen Golf Club
Streetsville is an 18-hole public Course in Brampton. It is relatively short at 3980 yards and plays at par 63. Children and people who cannot hit the ball too far will surely enjoy the Course's shorter fairways. If you have not played this Course throughout its nearly 50-year history, maybe you should take give it a try this spring.
