Those who have a sweet tooth will probably agree with me that while chocolate is fantastic, it cannot always satisfy our taste buds. Many of us spend our days sitting at our desks and working, working, working. This lack of movement can contribute to back pain, stiff muscles, stress, and overall poor physical condition. As tiring as it might be after long hours spent at work, we have to start moving! Now that the weather is getting better, it may be good to try some jogging or swimming (inside for now), but how about practicing a sport that makes you move and stretch every single muscle in your body? Yoga is what I am talking about here.
