Q: I am an active, healthy person but I always get the afternoon "slump and fog" which has me running for something to give me energy. Could I have a blood sugar problem? Besides nuts, what else could I carry with me to avoid this hypoglycaemic type reaction?

If you grew up in Toronto and are a boomer you will remember The Lobster Trap. Located a couple of blocks north of Lawrence on Avenue Road, this was one of a few places we all went for a fancy Sunday night for dinner. The moment I walked in the room, I could tell it was a season of big delights.

Please forgive the paraphrase of one of the hit songs from SWEET CHARITY: “Hey Big Spender”. It is one of six shows announced last week for the 2010/2011 Season presented by David Mirvish.
