I can see how your deep experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of the Toronto market got us a great result in very challenging circumstances. In spite of the doom and gloom of COVID, and the challenging nature of our property, you got us many views, and even brought us a bidding war for the final offers! As I look back, I can see how the decisions you guided us to were instrumental in getting this good result.
